Investment Arbitration
We advise and represent clients in the arbitration of investment disputes between foreign investors and host States. We assess investment contracts, applicable investment treaties and the circumstances of the dispute to identify available courses of action.
Commercial Arbitration
We assist with the arbitration of disputes arising from domestic and international commercial relationships. We review commercial agreements and arbitration clauses and assess the parties' claims, contractual obligations and the nature of the dispute. We advise on drafting arbitration agreements, preparing submissions and evidence and conducting the proceedings.
